David is a born and raised Houstonian. He was educated at St. Thomas High School and then attended Texas A&M University where he earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture. David then went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from University of Washington with a Master of Architecture. Since 2004, he has built a successful career in design and construction within the commercial sector. The past ten years have been focused on building and designing custom luxury homes in Houston.
David helps his clients visualize their forever home. The goal with his process is to help create the family home and utilize the space to its full potential. Designing and construction of a new home go hand in hand with the family as well as the architect and builder. Having the ability to focus on the creation of the home can make the building aspect a much smoother process.

Katy was also born and raised in Houston. She attended Incarnate Word Academy and then went on to graduate from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. Katy’s love of world cultures has heavily influenced her creative passion.
Katy specializes in adding the special details to complete a home, making it unique to the client, assisting in the selection of hardware, paint, tile, moulding and more to help customize your new home. As a mom, she is particularly good at adding function and warmth to your beautiful spaces. Katy is also available to help you select all of the fine touches, including furniture, textiles and art.
